Well, I think this is just bad version of Miku's append voice. I have listened many songs when miku is singing in append and they were pretty good. This Miku's voice isn't is so good.

I think the lip movement is for Ai wa Sennsou (sp?) because it's on time and every thing but her lips move to different vowels. It's an easy fix!
