i definately hope u lot agree in UI and sheer looks iphone wins by a million miles but the blackberry maybe more complicated has more basic features that a phone these days should have (gd camera, proper bluetooth, handset modem) if apple fixed all these ametuer mistakes iphone would be top of the phone ladder for a long time

iPhone 3g wins, easy to use, tons of cool apps, wifi capable, faster internet browsing, beautiful touch screen. O and lets not forget its a fucking ipod as well. I bet half of u blackberry users also have an ipod, so u guys just payed double the money lol

LOL...8gb preinstalled....haha. I have an iphone and am taking it back because the service is horrible. The storm doesnt need wifi because the 3g service is faster and basically everywhere...unlike AT&T.

the iPhone his ipod function is great! BUT all the applications have that cheap feeling... i like the blackberry because it doesn't have that cheap feel but eventually i use the htc touch pro 2

im not really diggin' the bb storm due to the fact that it is unbelieveably sluggish

yeah i know, firmware updates are going to be rolling out (if not, maybe even already)

but i still like the bb bold because 1. has a physical querty keyboard 2. the trackball 3. it's faster w/ the web and interface

no doubt the iphone is a great phone, it's just that the blackberry bold is a "smarter phone" where the iphone, is more considered a multimedia device

Black Berry is a Phone pulse a Smart Phone. I love when they have this vs. they always forget to put on how many drops calls the iphone dose can you even call it a phone!? iphone is 1000 times better than the black berry storm. i cant beleive yall are comparing it to the iphone. and service wise. i have at&t and the iphone 3g.. ..yeah 3G. i always have service. duh its 3g network. and who cares if the bb has video. buy a camera thats what there for.

oh! please. A phone to be 1000 times better means to have 1000 times as many, and better, functions, which also includes having a stereo bluetooth, Multimedia Messaging service, Video recorder, better camera, etc. Just cause you have it doesn't make it 1000 times better. And storm has 3G too, in fact many of newer phones have it. nothing to be really excited about.

i read a couple seperate times that there is already a software update for the blackberry (which i think will most likely be in the in-store versions) that makes it run ALOT smoother

i think if apple worried more about the iphone doing more basic phone functions that it would be AS good as the storm. i had an iphone and igotta say it got old pretty fast. frustrated by everything it doesnt do that it should.

blackberry is catching up, man. Beautiful display. video recording. copy paste. SYNCS TO ITUNES. theres not much that seperates the two anymore...

I think the blackberry storm is better because my parents have the iphone and every month, they have to take it to apple to get it reset because it freezes and you can't take the battery to reset and when they have to get it reset, they lose everythings; where with blackberry storm, if you backup your blackberry once a week or more, and something does happen to your phone, you can get it fiexed at any store and go back home and restore your stuff back on the blackberry.

i think it's decent since you still have to buy your own 8 or 16gb microSD (think it comes with a 2gb card) not bad at all. I will most likely have to wait a year or so for a t-mobile version with wi-fi & 3G

i also read somewhere that Verizon Wireless does not have the storm in WIFI, as opposed to back here in canada.

Iphone's GPS is nothing but a more accurate version of G-maps that you can download on other phones. So im hopeful that storm has something better

Storm has 3G too and storm, unlike iphone 3g, supports platforms like Java and Symbian

But looks like iphone's touch-screen is more convinient than blackberry's
