I disagree. I think Mr. Vedder is an artist. However, I also agree with you that this Bush-bashing is lame. This does not, however, lessen his standing as an artist, someone who has written many things that shed a light on many topics that Britney and Avril wouldn't touch. Yes, I find his political views less interesting than his music. I think he's tapping in to a frustration with the exploitation of our people and giving it a "Bush" name.
