@jedioptimusprime I looked and you can buy all the guides on amazon or ebay for alot of cash of course. Maybe I can ger Vic to sale me some NOS posters. What condition is your poster in.
Still have both the limited editions of EB and SSS with both their official guides and recently two copies of the limited version of Harmony with two official guides. Yeah I love lunar so mock me.
I actually got this version of the CD that came with the limited edition version of the game. I'm sure if there is a slightly different version out there. As for the problem you mention, I know about it. You can hear these two little "tick/pop" in the time frame you mentioned. I used a newer file when I uploaded this. Not sure if it's in the older one that I have.
Can you please by any chance tell you where you got this in-game version? This one is definitely different compared to the OST version. Please pardon me for being picky but I think I spot a problem at 5:17-5:19 part (I know it wasn't your problem, probably the original file happened to be like that).
Is this a re-recording? I heard a version of this song which came with the ROM of the Sega CD version of Lunar 2. Either way, Jennifer's voice is amazing...so pure, so real...the music industry is missing out yet she is too good for it =)
That's because the singer in this version and the one in the Sega CD version are different. Lucia's voice actress, Kelly Weaver, sang the Sega CD one while Jennifer Stigile sang this one(Eternal Blue Complete?)
ahh Lunar silver star harmony on psp one of the best games i played;D. to bad is there any newer version of this game? (After lunar silver star harmony)
When I first played FF7 when i was 12 i was blown away, but later on after it I played Lunar SSSC and had to play EB right after and i was in complete mantears over this and SSSC when I got to both of the endings....Those cutscenes...Those characters...No other RPG's will ever define my youth like SSSC and EB. God damn I love Lunar. I just wish the developers didn't go their separate ways after Lunar 2 and made a lunar 3 back then.
I remember playing this when it came out for Sega Saturn years ago, then I bought the special edition when it came to playstation. I miss the Lucia Pendent necklace and stand ups that came with it xD
@LordHelious I still have my limited edition version for the Play Station. =) Never played the Saturn version of it. Though I did see it being sold at a game store (used) for $190.
@jedioptimusprime Yeah I still wish i kept my limited edition playstation version. I sold it a while back to my buddy for 90 dollars, now i see it go on amazon for more sometimes. =x
@LordHelious i lost most of my stuff from the limited edition. what i still have is the full game, making of disc, soundtrack, and pendant. though the string the pendant was on broke years ago, so its on a chain now
I wished there are games like this today, I miss those PS1 days :(. I remembered when I unlock the true ending of this game... I repeated it again and again just to hear this song XDD
just finished eternal blue. i love this series. what i liked is that they mentioned the characters and showed some connections from the first game (who we know and love). nice song too. if they made an anime of this, a full one, i'd definitely watch it.
Both games are great....I think the first one is a little bit better. Both should be re-released for download at least. 2 of the best all time rpgs ever made!
I don't think they really can be compared. I always feel like the first one should be better, but then a lot of the time I find the second to be more enjoyable. I don't know why. They both got their own thing, their own unique characters and music that makes them both equal in their own way.
We can all agree to disagree which one is better than the other, but the fact remains that their both really good. :) Good enough to be in heavy demand for a sequel! D:
@MrBalfazaar Myself, I really loved both stories, but there was something about Eternal Blue that I liked a bit more. If you haven't played it, but enjoyed SSSC, you should check it out. ^_^ Definitely worth it.
@MrBalfazaar #2 was a good game but didn't catch me as much as the first. Not have enough new elements and the characters were less appealing to me. But still well worth to play, if only because it plays in the same world and will add depth to the story of the first game.
@MrBalfazaar I'd say it was probably just as good as the first game, if not better. It fixed a few of the annoying issues the first game had such as having to put items on characters to use them.
@MrBalfazaar Yes it is. Though ne thing I should mention is that it's based off of the Original Sega CD version of Lunar 2: Eternal Blue, which was based off of Lunar: The Silver Star or the SCD. So there might be some slight changes of things not explained (ie. Taben's Peak). Other than that it's damn good.
@MrBalfazaar I found both games wonderful. Only game thats ever made me cry, the story is touching i thought. I played Lunar 2 first (never even saw the first one for years after actually) and was touched by the call backs to the first one, even without playing it and developing the connection with those characters.
more games need to be written well before they look good. This game was average for its time visually, but its story is great. I miss games like the Lunar Series
@MrBalfazaar Personally I enjoyed it. A lot. The story and romance were amazing. That and the fact that it took me 2 years to beat was another story. :D
@MrBalfazaar Nope. SSS was more thought out. Chunks of EB broke my suspension of disbelief because the instances were just too convenient or just plain didn't make sense.
@MrBalfazaar i did play Silver Star until recently (and it was the PSP remake) but i got Eternal Blue back when it came out, and to this day it is the only game that i could play over and over again without being bored. I grew up on this game. no joke.
when i played this game, i thought it was okay. It was fun though. Maybe its because i played it after like FF7 and such, which set my RPG standards too high. Regardless, this song brings back some good memories of playing this day and night until i beat it back in middle school. love it
@TheFoxshot Honestly I'm not really sure if they're connected or not. I know Nall is in Eternal Blue, and you also see an older version of Luna in a hologram. There's also a reference to Lucia in Silver Star. They kind of mention her in one of the books you read in the library in Vane. I don't remember it word for word, but it kind of said that Althena left someone on the blue star to watch over it named Lu... and that's all you get to read. Hope that helps.
@TheFoxshot For Eternal Blue, you need Sega CD, PS1, or a Windows OS from the past decade. Runs perfectly on most emulators. Due to its extreme rarity and it not being rereleased, and the developers' company not even existing anymore, there's absolutely no harm in downloading it. Meaning if someone is stupid enough to flag this, the only person being hurt is the fanbase.

@TheFoxshot As far as I know, it's currently not available on the PSP or Playstation newtwork. I;m hoping they'll release it soon. They release Silver Star so I don't see why they wouldn't release Eternal Blue. I already played through the Japanese version of Lunar Silver Star Harmony and am working my way through the U.S. release.
@TheFoxshot yes it is connected. eternal blue happened 1000 years after silver star. although the connection between the two isn't as heavy as compared to other direct sequels. its still better to play the first so you'll understand better what they are talking about on the later part of the game in eternal blue

@TheFoxshot I 2 do not remember The Book Word for Word. I can however, tell U, that when we (The Audience) see Luna in The Hologram, she says to Lucia, "You must believe in The Human Spirit Lucia." "For if you do that, you can achieve anything." "Love is The Cure Lucia." So eyes I would say there connected.

Jennifer Stigile. She does the voice for the character Ruby, and she also sang the opening and boat songs in the first Lunar game. Which I'll upload soon.
i simply love this song, one of the best games i have played and i still hold it close to me. i barelly understood what she said in the song and the lyrics helped me alot. thanks!

Who is the girl singing this song?
CuteNekoHibiki 2 years ago
Jennifer Stigile. She does the voice for the character Ruby, and she also sang the opening and boat songs in the first Lunar game. Which I'll upload soon.

MY GOD her voice is beautiful! I hope she's doing lots of anime & VG work. She's just...WOW! She should be a pop musician.
