Evil, it's a glitch with many of the TF2 props. Anything hand-held in that spawn menu can only be picked up with the physgun by grabbing the bottom of the prop. Sappers, I believe it's the handle you must manipulate. You just have to figure 'em out. They can all be moved, by whatever method.
