    Non-fat Powdered and Instant have the same amount of protein and calcium and the same in calories. However, NFP is cheaper than Instant. Instant is more delicious for drinking, so if you only bake with it save $ and get NFP. NFP is not full dairy, it is mixed w/soy, where Instant is full dairy
