I love this song, but...are they lip synching? Michael isn't even holding the mike close to his face at some point and his voice comes out perfectly through...I doubt they had that good of quality microphones back then...

Ever since I heard this song on the radio for the first time, I fell in love with the voice, and I became obsessed, and I still am. At the time they were the coolest brothers and he was the coolest kid in the world, or so it seemed. The bright confidence exhibited in his performance here was a light year away from the weird diffidence of his adult persona (and I bet his voice was lower then too!) Michael was a brilliant entertainer! He was a gift wrapped up in a box from God! I belive that his spirit is still in our hearts as we go on in our everyday activities.He ment the world to me. Ever since I heard this song on the radio for the first time, I fell in love with the voice, and I became obsessed, and I still am. I listen to his music every single day for eight hours staright, and that's not a lie people, I listen for eight hours straight.

At the time they were the coolest brothers and he was the coolest kid in the world, or so it seemed. The bright confidence exhibited in his performance here was a light year away from the weird diffidence of his adult persona (and I bet his voice was lower then too!) Makes you realise how much more robust and resilient children often are than grownups. Is it because they look fearlessly to the future while the latter look regrettfully at the past? I'll look into it one day.

Different times----The public humiliation and vilification Ashley Simpson got for lip syncing....and back in the day, these guys (and every other artest) were so blatant-electric guitars with no amps......fingers fake playing, exact same soundtrack as the recording.......not defending or critizing the artists...just an observation of the general public.
