Its weird how Shiron's personality changes when he changes his form. When he is in the reborn state he is all cool and staring. But when Shu come backs him he kicks Shu and argues sometimes.

Exactly. He slurred his words together, so it was translated like that, too.
It's also kinda like what Japanese people see when they read Romaji. For example:

You ever notice at the end when they show that shadowed dragon, they show him by some kind of fan? Last ep. they showed him with a toy fan, this time he's by a much bigger, factory-like fan.
