  • What ever happened to part 2 of this? Nice video. Reminds me of what they do at funerals nowdays.

  • If you read many golden age of Hollywood memoirs (stars, directors, crew, etc), she turns up again and again and always in a very positive light. She was probably the most liked star in Hollywood in the 30s.

  • She is my absolutely favorite actress. Nobody even comes close to Carole. I wish she could have lived out her whole life. What a tragic waste to lose her so young.

  • That was beautiful. Gorgeous music. I wish God hadn't taken her so young. She had so much potential, and she and Gable would have had beautiful children.

  • Ok, I'm nearly crying. I hate that she died so young...she's a real star. Love her.

  • I love her.

    Thank you.

She passed away in a plane crash to the Horror of her mate Clark Gable ! They say he never got over it! How could any sane human, with a wife like that!!!!!

  • There is this nice new video from Breton2Robert called: Sensuously, Softly Sultry Carole Lombard. Nice piece of work

  • Yes, the music has been credited appropriately.

  • Amazing photos, but the music score sounds like its from a 1970s television special presentation.

  • As I proud fellow Hoosier, I am so happy to see this collection of rare photos of Miss Lombard . Many thanks! When is Part 2 coming?

  • What a wonderful tribute to beautiful Carole

  • wonderful!!!!!!!

  • Beautiful job. Thanks so much for sharing your rarest photographs with everyone(a couple I've never seen, and I've collected Carole photographs for over 30 years). Your appreciation of her is a pleasure to see. Kudos to you! I hope you decide to do a part two soon. Cheers!

  • Whoever made this should get a contract to make documentaries with Discovery, History Channel or somebody. Perhaps he/she is already a professional just doing this as a hobby. In any case, it is that excellent.

However, sorta liked Carole better before the Hollywood treatment with all that make-up & the occasional cheesecake photo sessions. Just sayin.

Please put up Part 2 soon.
