She realized the venue was over 18's so arranged a meet with fans who wouldn't be able to get into the show. When she arrived she didn't have anything planned so she just whipped out the ukelele. It was in the middle of a square so we just kind of sat in the middle of it for a mini show. They mentioned the hair cuts before hand for anyone who was brave enough :P
