  • How did you learn to do that? How often and how do you stretch?

  • u should try this when u do a bridge touch ur hands and feet together then grab ur legs and push ur body under ur legs and then make ur body go up its pretty easy i can do it

  • I did contortion for Zunyi troupe until I was 10 then stopped stretching and all, so I know what to do it is just when it was that time in my Re-strtchin I wasn't that flexi.

  • congrats for the ankle grab. Keep on straightening those legs. For the cheststand just regular exercise will move ou from that "chin stand" to a regular cheststand.
