Youtube is a private company with no obligation to show videos they don't want to. That is true. However, youtube clearly has a political agenda. They deny this but their agenda is obvious to people whose views they oppose. I think it is youtube's deceitful nature that is the most frustrating. If they declared their political leanings then their biased actions might be more palatable. But they won't. Indeed we are all learning that deceit is common among the political company that youtube keeps

Isn't it You Tubes, You Tube? Since it is theirs and not yours, they can do what they want. You have an outlet for your videos, so your rights aren't violated. But, I agree with you in my heart. However You Tube is under no obligation to show anything they don't want to.

YouTube can set whatever standard they would like. What they don't have the right to do is apply their standard in a discriminatory manner. That is what we are raising our voice about and is what we think others who use YouTube (regardless of what videos they do) should be concerned about.

They have the right of ownership. Which means they have the right to do, what they want, discrimintary or not. As owners YT can select what they want to show. Neither of us like it, but that;s life. How far do they have to lower their standards to make evrybody happy?

It would be illegal for them to discriminate against protected classes (race, gender, etc) without cause. While that is not the case here, it is still discrimination and while it is probably legal, it should be condemned in the court of public opinion which is what we are doing and will do. We don't have a problem with YT standards, we have a problem with how they apply it inconsistently.

I've never seen YouTube censor any liberal videos. They only censor videos that expose the truth-- that abortion is murder, that the Democrats and Republicans are controlled by the same interests, and that those interests are giving away our national sovereignty.

YouTube has in the past allowed videos that depict people desecrating the Holy Eucharist; they seem to have no problem with allowing people to submit videos that attack Christian beliefs or viewpoints. Yet, a video that exposes the lies of Planned-Parenthood and the abortion industry somehow "violates the terms of use".

Seriously have you seen the video? Terrorists and racists aren't showing graphic images of medical waste. YouTube removed the video because 1) it's their absolute right as the owners and operators of this site and 2) it violates their terms and conditions. Also, they would have removed any video similar in nature like a live birth or medical procedure. It's not appropriate on this website.

--The is not the case. You can find many other abortion, killing, and graphic medical procedures on YouTube. If you go to our link on our website and read the case, you can see all the examples of other comparable videos that are allowed. If YouTube wants to label the content as mature, that is fine, but don't censor it when they allow all sorts of other content that is exactly the same or very similar.

I've been on YouTube for awhile and I've seen a lot of videos but I've never seen anything remotely close to what your depicting with the simulated images of abortion. The reason why doctors have developed the scale of viability is that we have a concrete understanding of when a being is living and can sustain life on its own. For example, at four weeks a developing being is not viable. Unless, you can provide evidence to the contrary. mfx2010 - Extracted blood is not the same thing as a developing human being. A fetus does not stay "a mass of cells" for very long. If you study embryonic development you will see that fetuses have all body parts and a heart beat at only a few weeks after conception. It is fully human, only very small.

Life of others should concern all human beings. If I didn't care about your life and someone was trying to kill you (and you couldn't speak), you would want me to care and stand up for your life.
