  • Ultra quality - 240 resolution LOL

  • On the gtx 480 with crysis fully maxxed and 8x anti aliasing it uses 1400mb of video memory.

  • AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+

    2.01GHz

    is this an good processor?

  • dang i never knew ppl can make their pc's super strong i just thought you had to buy it that way

  • i downloaded it but i dont know here it goes? help

  • i dont think i accepted your video response request earlier :S you can send it again if you want id love to have it as one

  • Very hot. Like 90 degrees C.

  • "it also shows how you can run out of bullets like a noob in Crysis and live to tell the tale :-P "

    LOL dude

  • No way is that an 8800GTS 640 - i had one and what you have posted as a video is simply impossible on an 800GTS,

  • Well thats what my system is and this is me playing crysis on my system...

  • Dude, nice vid, btw i have a Question..

I also have a Core 2 Duo E6420 @ 2.13GHz, 3GB ram and an intel Classic mobo, i was wondering if i could get really decent FPS running Crysis on Very High on a 9800GT (planning to buy) on resoluton 1024X768

  • I think you could definitely get a playable game on very high with a 9800 as long as you dont plan on using AA. It would help to get that CPU up to 3Ghz as well but I dunno if you can with a mobo like that.

  • i have crysis warhead and my video card is 8500 500 mb and intel core 2 duo e4550 2.20 ghz but i can only play on the minimun settings why?

  • because the 8500 is a shit card. you need an 8800 or 9600 or better to play at high settings

  • so the processor its good or i need a better one

  • yep, upgrade to a 9600 gt or a 9800gt.

  • Fuck yeah, great card. But I would go with the 9800gt, it's the same speed but runs more efficiently for the same price. =)

  • one word, sexy

  • why is it that when i play the crysis demo everything is fucked up with my gts card

  • how much fps on 1280x1024?

  • havnt played at that resolution because my monitor cant go over 60hz for that and it give me a headache. Anyway playing crysis above 1024*768 is a bad idea with anything less than an 8800gtx. Probably would be low 20s at the best.

  • A lot, me too I have a 1280/1024 screen and I recommend you to buy a 4870 and you'll be able to play this game in Very High with no AA with 40 FPS/Seconds

Me I will play this game in 1024/768 because there's no big difference except the aliasing

  • crap quality sound

  • your mam was crap quality too

  • pwned!

  • Not to be an ass, but Crysis does not even come close to being foto realistic, even on the highest settings.

  • yeah right ..... not in thiz vid

  • o come on, your telling me that you can not see a difference between real life and Crysis.

If that is the case, then you have a serious eye problem.

  • My eyez are damaged commlete!!! 2 much smocke makez my eyez big RED one and then i cant see the distinction to Crysis/Reallife

on a Qcore and 8800GTX veryhigh...

Yeah i hate thiz too =(

    ;)

  • So for you this is the end of graphic development right?

This is it, this is as pretty as it will ever get.

  • Is the only diffrence between the 6420 and 6600 clockspeed? they have the saem bus speed and cache so I wonder :S ?

  • Yes its exactly the same core and you can overclock them all to over 3Ghz so buying the higher models is a waste of money if you know what you're doing.

  • i just commented but it didnt go through :l huh. anyway, great video, can i ask you what you changed to overclock ur processor? i have the same one and i'd like to know what u did; i have enough cooling to take it

  • Nice video, i have a question; two actually. 1/ ur rig is almost the same as mine, did u happen to get the idea from the pc building bible xD, i used that when i was wondering what parts i should get ;P, 2/ U have the same processor as me, did you overclock it to the 3.2? Or do i just not know my own pc components :p? If u did overclock it could you tell me the changes you did; i tried to get it working but i think i didnt give it enough juice to work at the speed. Much appreciated :)

  • The specifics would be great, but if u cant remember dont worry about it :]

  • I came up with most of it myself. I got the idea for the case off Toms Hardware and I chose the E6420 because they were selling for around £60 second hand on ebay and they have the 4mb cache.

  • I caint get mine in ultra mode? Do I need a dual card setup to run in ultra or can i just do it with one? It just wont let me select it in the menu?? my specs are:

    AMD 6000X2-water-cooled

2 gigs of dual channel ddr2

    8800GTS-640Mb-factory overclocked

    Asus -M2M Am2 Mother Board.

  • That is because you are using windows xp and the "very high" settings in the menu are directx 10 only (they only work in vista). But actually that is microsoft bullshit, you can run DX10 quality in XP by using the modified game files that I linked to in the description.

  • thankyou!! i knew it was somethig.lol.. ill give it a try :)

  • hahhaha your better wiht your fists than wiht the gun .. id hate to run into you on MP lol 5/5

  • my motherboard realy sucks :(. i have a p5gc-mx, and i cant overclock it :(. i think that im gonna buy a intel gigabyte motherboard soon :D

  • very nice vid !. u think i can overclock my intel core 2 duo e4500 2,2ghz to 3,2 :D ?

  • thx. It depends what kind of motherboard you have and how overclockable that particular CPU you've got is. If your motherboard lets you change the FSB speed to a high enough value and remain stable then you should be able to hit 3.2ghz no problem.
