Not really a mod of anything. Change the maximum limit of the client to a smaller number instead of a huge number that most people use to zoom out widely, and you can zoom in to get this result.

Its very hard to play like this and not very fun after a while XD. It would be useful to mod your character's shoes with something called 'clearheelshoes', to make your character taller so that you get a better perspective (you're not 1/10 the size of doors) than shown in the video. That or use a giant.

If you have a tool kit for combat power, zoom limit and etc, set the zoom limit to a low number and zoom all the way in.
