The Neanderthal said to be 6'6'' your source is ?Six credits are the beginning, what University?Politics ?You mean "The Liars Club"?The Pres. does NOTHING,a "PUPPET" and or "FIGUREHEAD"between CorporateAmerica's Elite, and the masses.Coupled with the Banks and the Military. The Bilderberg Group, and their 100,500,and 1000 year Plans,do you know of them?Rockerfeller sold Hitler,$20,000,000. of his GasAdditive through I.G.Farben.USA weapons sold to both sides in any conflict.Money Rules,..Halliburton?
"Very Likely" not so.200,000 years ago they had fire.WHO DID ? Did the southern branch in Africa have it,and make it.You know, the smarter ones ? In the Neanderthal caves were traces found? Cooking tools etc.Smokey residue in the rock? They did NOT prey on,rape or take women, how foolish.Homo Sapeins were smarter, faster, with better weapons.Neanderthals traveled in clans of 8,9 easier to feed.Homo Sapiens clans were 3 times as big.Neand.ran from them.Curiosity brought them together.H.S.genes killed.
Bible explains ape-men clearly. The book of Yasher [chapter 9,sentence 35] says that one third of those who built the tower of Babel was killed, one third was scattered throughout the earth, and one third was cursed and "became like apes and elephants". This shows that evolution and hinduism are not based on truth.
@thegreenolivo I know you were joking a bit, but... Look, they say "yeah, it look clearly different" but, really... If you find a living neandertal (I know, that not really sound), send him to a barber shop and than, put him on the bus with a shirt and you know "dressed properly", it will be pretty normal. The difference, if distinguishable and important, are subtle a bit. So that some person look like a "neanderthal" is normal, after all they are homo sapien, just not anatomically modern.
@therrydicule Judging from Neanderthal skulls I doubt they looked similar to Homo Sapiens. There's no way to tell what the soft tissue looked like. I suspect they looked more ape-like than the BBC and other documentaries make them out to be. I also think they raped our women not merely interbred with us the way some scientists believe.
@thegreenolivo Well, actualy there is a way to tell. Some cranium messurement give number one could plug in formulae that of how thick the skin might be, so we could do a facial reconstruction. It's often done in forensic, but it is more of an approximation... Which is good enought to find information in many case.
Futhermore, an ape have an higher cranium, it's more volted... Plus it have a bigger projection at the maxilla. The suture are much more prononce, creating a crest.
@therrydicule A flat head with enormous eye sockets and nose. Heavy brow ridges, no chin, a pulled out snout in addition to an occipital bun sounds like a scary ape man. I don't care if you send him to Vidal Sassoon and Armani it's not going to look like us. Jared Diamond's probably correct that we were forced to hunt these cannibalistic ape men down. Can you imagine something more hideous than discredited multiregionalist Milford wooloff? Well that's what Neanderthals were.
@thegreenolivo Well, have a look by yourself... There is a dude call Brian Pierson who put picture of his reconstruction of Nariokotome Boy online, and Nariokotome Boy is an homo erectus (which is even more primitive at the cranium). The same thing been done by student and shown at Yale peabody museum, with Neanderthal.
Except some little thing that look strange (big nose, pointy cranium), that look really human.
@thegreenolivo Oh, and by the way: "flat head", that's not the case... There is a large forehead, large brow ridges, long elongation of the volt... But it's certainly not flat, not it look like any other ape - I mean, find the Atapuerca and Shanidar 1, and have a close look at them.
And, regarding multiregionalism - hum, that still hold it's place in the path evolution took. I'm not going to debate that part, the only thing I say is look at that, it's really human. Like it or not.
@therrydicule I should've written elongated head in addition to the probability that they were covered with hair just as the Wooly Mammoth, Rhinos which also evolved in ice age Europe. It took our ancestors fifteen thousand to beat back these carnivorous human raping primates until their extinction.
@therrydicule the closest honest dipiction of a Neanderthal would be the Wagabu in Quest for fire. In addition I believe that the reason so many people hallucinate seeing a Bigfoot is that it harkens back to the fear we had of the sasquatch looking neanderthal which preyed on us and stole our women.
@therrydicule *What is,the volt, and Ape and Neanderthal, foreheads were NOT large.Neanderthal carried the brain more in the back of the scull.Simply look at the sculls of each,no"large forehead".And in comparison to human, does appear a bit flat, although their brain was as big, they were just learning to use it.
@thegreenolivo *What they WERE in YOUR mind is YOURS.And "probably"is just that.Cannibalistic ? NO,they hunted meat, ate meat, not humans. When starving,a dead person would do,that's survival.A Soccer teams' plane crashed in the Andes in the 70's.They ate the dead,TO SURVIVE,this does NOT make them cannibalistic.Desmon Morris' "The Naked Ape" good book.Again YOU MAKE them "scary, hideous"not like us.at 500,000 years ago what do you expect?
@thegreenolivo*You have a daddy problem or is it MEN period? Whats with all the "rape" talk?Homo Sapiens were smarter, faster with better weapons. The Neanderthals ran from them.Your anger comes out in your logic.Man was and is curious,H.S's could have used them as a strong labor force, paid with food.H.S's were problem solvers. As with the Native Amer. Ind. germs got them, from a more well traveled rival, and they died off. We started the killing, they were dependent on each other, helped each other.
@therrydicule **How is your retention? Look and listen again.Neanderthals were shorter 5'5'' very large rib cage and chest, with short legs. And very, very strong. All of this to deal with an Ice Age Climate.Homo Sapian's were a distant cousin, and not Neanderthal
@billy1212ist Well, the size depend a bit of the individual... Some Neandertal found are said to be near 6'6'' while some are quit small. The 5'5'' is an expected size find with a relatively small sample with large variation, nothing great ;) And, however how you want to put it, it's still a cousin... But I think it was relatively near archaic form of homo sapien - just look at Amud 1 and compare to Mladeč ;) It is near enough...
@therrydicule * The 5'5'' is what these films told me.They said short,big chest,better to contain heat,being caught in an Ice Age,for 100,000 years.Of course it's a cousin.
@billy1212ist Yep, this is what these old film tell... I got university credit (well, 6 credit... I'm not an expert - I'm more into politics and social style...) for what I'm saying.
