If your are hocked up to a IV drip that basically knocks out most of yours central nervous system in matter of seconds, you know very well that the drug in question is a bit more powerful and dangerous than a sleeping pill - and certainly not something to be taken or administered casually. MJ had his issues, but he was not that stupid. Propofol is highly addictive if misused and by most reports, including family members, MJ had used the stuff for some time.

Its not enough to say a doctor was negligent you have to prove he was. At least we will know the truth about what happened. All the defense has to do is plant reasonable doubt in the minds of one jurors to hang the case. With MJ's history of drug use, etc, this might not be that difficult. to archive I'm just not going to get worked up on getting the truth in any form until I see the Prosecution's actual case, its strengths and its exploitable weaknesses.

Propofol doesnt really psychically affect the user and leaves the system too quickly to show up on a drug test, making it hard to detect even on an autopsy, if major toxicology tests is not done locking for the drug. If you have a physician on your personal staff for the purpose of administering heavy duty anesthetics in your home on a daily basis then you are a drug addict with a high risk of eventually overdosing and die. A close but corrupt doctor-patient relationships do not change that.

This doctor was allegedly at Michaels home at night he didnt have to administer meds everytime. He was hired to take care of him.
@Kingsherry This "very light drug" is a strong anesthetic and works as a depressant on the central nervous system, basically puts the entire brain to sleep when applied. Nothing to take lightly at all. It is safe and without major side effects and addiction danger only when applied in it's intended role and setting. Use it in MJ's bedrom as a sleeping aid - and all bets are off. While Propofol abuse is rather rare, 40% of residents who reportedly abused the anesthetic died from an overdose.

If your are hocked up to a IV drip that basically knocks out most of yours central nervous system in matter of seconds, you know very well that the drug in question is a bit more powerful and dangerous than a sleeping pill - and certainly not something to be taken or administered casually. MJ had his issues, but he was not that stupid. Propofol is highly addictive if misused and by most reports, including family members, MJ had used the stuff for some time.

Its not enough to say a doctor was negligent you have to prove he was. At least we will know the truth about what happened. It would get the Dr. in further trouble to say MJ was an addict when doctors have been charged with prescribing to addicts. He would be digging a bigger whole for himself if he was to take that route.

All the defense has to do is plant reasonable doubt in the minds of one jurors to hang the case. With MJ's history of drug use, etc, this might not be that difficult. to archive I'm just not going to get worked up on getting the truth in any form until I see the Prosecution's actual case, its strengths and its exploitable weaknesses.

The report and toxicology specifically states that his death was caused directly by the doctor, If the doctor gave him a reasonable dose but MJ had a lot of drugs in his system. It would be an accidental overdose. The facts out way the innuendo in this case. That was stated on TMZ about reasonable doubt but it is not that simple.

Propofol doesnt really psychically affect the user and leaves the system too quickly to show up on a drug test, making it hard to detect even on an autopsy, if major toxicology tests is not done locking for the drug. If you have a physician on your personal staff for the purpose of administering heavy duty anesthetics in your home on a daily basis then you are a drug addict with a high risk of eventually overdosing and die. A close but corrupt doctor-patient relationships do not change that.

It really is inconsiderate to say that MJ caused his own demise when the coroner ruled that it was a Homicide. @Kingsherry Acute propofol intoxication is just a propofol overdose. In addition to propofol, there was found lidocaine, diazepam, nordiazepam, lorzazepam, midazolam and ephedrine. Drugs that would have increased the propofols effect. Homicidal death means only that MJ did not injected Propofol himself. A quack for hire injecting drugs to him do not means MJ don't have responsibility for what was put in his veins and eventually caused his death. All this is from the Coroner report, not media.

@fitte6 Propfol doesnt affect the user greatly and leaves the system quickly. Its actually a very light drug. Maybe thats why he reasoned he could take it. All drugs have side effects-- cardiac arrest is included. One would have to use it for a very long time to become an addict. We dont know the facts we will have to wait for the trial. This doctor was allegedly at Michaels home at night he didnt have to administer meds everytime. He was hired to take care of him.

@Kingsherry This "very light drug" is a strong anesthetic and works as a depressant on the central nervous system, basically puts the entire brain to sleep when applied. Nothing to take lightly at all. It is safe and without major side effects and addiction danger only when applied in it's intended role and setting. Use it in MJ's bedrom as a sleeping aid - and all bets are off. While Propofol abuse is rather rare, 40% of residents who reportedly abused the anesthetic died from an overdose.

This is a drug mainly abused by medical personal that have easy access to it and knowledge about how to use it: Anesthesiologists, Physicians, Nurse anesthetists and Anesthesia technicians. Most are better trained than Murray, and still have a tendency to end up quite dead. Murray seems to have done a somewhat bad job as a make-shift anesthesiologist for MJ , judging by the reports I am a bit surprised MJ did not end up dead before he did.

well, if you know anything about addiction, you would know that even if someone has been sober for 20 years, they still refer to themselves as a recovering addict. They NEVER say they are cured, I find that MJ fans tend to believe everything that is positive about him, and dismiss everything else. Why is that? MJ was a human being just like you and I, and was not immune to such things as addiction. His own brother has stated it too, will you say that he to is not credible?

Yes but you have to understand that the drugs does come and go out of the systems depending what type of pain killer that the person is taking. Then again we will never know. DR. Klein is covering his back, but its a little bit to late. The police records showed that Dr. Murray phoned Klein when he failed to resuscitate MJ probably for advice and Murray phoned his lawyer and another unidentified person. A recent interview of Klein and Larry few wks ago. Klein said he never heard of Murray and was not aware that MJ was using propofol. I believe Klein holds the truth to a lot of things

Look up Lupas symptoms-- sometimes it can cause male infertility. I dont believe the kids are fully white but that may be the reason they are not his. ( Which technically has not been proven)

this is't a rumour -police stated that Klein prescripted MJ hard medicals under 3 false names - AND even prescripted himsef medials that he gave other patients (which is not allowed=the self-prescription).
So, if this turns ou true - it's especially Klein who was not reasonable and lose his licence.

The corroner specifically labeled doctor Murrays dose as the killer. I've never saw anything that said he was addicted it's media speculation. After the autopsy report, they dont even talk about it any more.

Well, during the child-molestation allegations he was drugged because of getting reconstructive sugery on his scalp. He admitted to that and got the help by going to rehab. He has gotten help since then. Most the people around him said he couldnt focus and was bluring his words-- like an addict does. In"This Is It" he is clearly focused and is not an addict. I'm not sure about Halperin, I havent read his book and heard some " not so nice" things about him. Maybe you can explain it to me.

First, we can only speculate that MJ used the sperm of white donors. We don't know that for sure. But MJ was proud of being black and ALWAYS represented himself as a Black man. Nothing more or less. He had Universal Vitiligo, which forced him to make his skin one color using very expensive depigmentation processes. As for the surgeries, he was constantly berated by his father because of his looks, which would account for that. If a person calls you names for so long you tend to believe it.

Actually, those bleaching cream and evening creams do not work. He used makeup to cover his skin. Even when he performed in 2001 when he starts to sweat you can see the discoloration, and Tom Mesereau said in 2006 that he saw Michael's back and he had brown spots all over his back and arms. This would have bleached it away. Vitiligo strips the pigmentation until there is no more.

The drugs found on that raid were mostly barbiturates ( Alprozolam and similar brands ) prescribed by DR Klein to a person named" Frank Tyson". which is prescribed rather by psychothraists against anxieties. The other " drug was an antibiotikum the third different types of the painkiller " Paracetamol. All in all- drugs you find in Millions of homes. I'm convinced that this guy is really the father of MJ's oldest son Prince Michael. That boy looks just like him... I'm the mother of biracial kids, & I've known many families w/ biracial kids, & the kids can look black, white, or any color in between. Even a person w/ two black parents can be born looking white. It's not common, but it does happen, & many of these people choose to "pass" as white. I've met a few people that everyone thought was white, but they had two black parents, or one black parent. MJ's kids are obviously part black & they're MJ's, I can see it. I understand the surgeries.

You're absolutely right that he was killed and it was no accident,but I do think Prince is obviously Michael's child...and so are the other kids too! The two boys even look just like him!

30 minutes delay to hid all the evidence and paperwork...the doctor did not have enough time there were too many drugs and they forgot about the emails to Jackson in the computer...more to come when they obtain the letters out of the computer....WHOO-HOO...SOMEONE IS IN TROUBLE!

Even a not with drugs familiar person as me sees that Michael was med.-spoiled (at least influenced) in EVERY photo or video! So, tell me, why do the dctors pretend to not having seen this obvious addiction/drug-use? When ev.body else could see it? We have all the photos that show for sure what Michaels condition was - there must put pressure on the medical acteurs to come to a moral standard! Earning money with making patients to addicts/ignore their addiction must be penalized!

Police said several times, Klein did not cooperate! They urged him sev. times to give the patient-record, he didn't do! Klein did not register Michaels visits under Michaels name but under a different name! So the mdicals, Klein gave Michael are prescipted under a diff. name as well!

Thankfully, the police are seizing all medical records and I think there will be prosecutions. It is a pity this can of worms was not bust open while Michael was still living. I am angry about it like you are.

Dr. Klein and along with dozens of other doctors are being investigated and i hope that they all go to jail especially the shitty excuse for a doctor Dr. Conrad Murray!! Dr. Murray killed Michael Jackson becuz of gross neglect and greed!!

Yes he would probaly still be here today if there was no 30 fucking minute delay in calling th ambulance! Dr. Conrad Murray has alot of questions to answer about his SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY on that sad day of June 25th. This man talking now Dr. Klein is shaking in his boots along with the other Dr.s. Dr. Klein is the next one going dowwnnnn!!!
