I bought a Sprint EVO 4G 1 month ago,got it rooted and installed Gingerbread 2.3 and a custom ROM.Then I stood my old Instinct side by side next to the EVO and the Instinct threw itself out the window and got itself run over by a slow moving freight train.Ouch!

Also, that thing's Touch Screen is Air Pressure Sensitive. There is Air packets on the digitizer. Also, if you have so much as a casing crack around or near the touch screen, there goes the touch screen (digitizer). You need to keep this bastard clean or dirt gets between the sides of the top part of the phone and the touch screen and then you have touch-response problems. I know this shit because I see allot of these fuckers come in for repairs.

nope it is not the iphone killer. Now th Pre I can say is but not the instinct. If Samsung would have not rushed it and polished it a bit better it could have. The way they advertised it against the iphone was good but it did not deliver. Pre all the way.

That is not an iphone killer.if it was bigger it would be probably be almost equal. But nothing beats an iphone right now. The closet is the lg vu. The voyager and other phones cant beat it. voyager is not good you have to touch it like twice so it would open. Iphone beats anything. the OS for iphone is the best. T-mobile 3g coming soon. HTC DREAM/Android coming soon. Iphone is also hackable which lets you do anything to it

I meant the screen size. when I first heard about this phone I said it was going to be nice. went to the store, it was so small! iphone has bluetooth, copy and paste could be found in installer or cydia. you do have a point with the memory though. But the g1 is over both of these phones anyway.

sprint got it right with the simply everything plan, i sell those things like hotcakes.

but then again i give them the everything 450 for 69.99 and then give them 500 bonus every month so your still getting almost 1k minutes and unlmtd text and web for 69.99.

im generous when it comes to giving out of sprints pocket lol.
