  • Those type of spider robots are real... look on youtube for them... but they have 8 legs and are controlled

  • Great! Nice effects, but there were a couple of thing that were not perfect. (also not the greatest acting)

Can't wait for Project London to come out.

I am planning on making a movie like this (though I need a few more months getting used to blender first)

(the movies I have put on YouTube are really lame, I have drastically improved since then)

Again, can't wait for Project London

  • Jesus is coming soon! repent and prepare for the lord

  • the effects, and the shots are amazing, and the locations are amazing, of course the acting is the best, and the story was surprisingly enthralling and well done, it would be interesting to see what youre working on now, hopefully not acting, but any other part, or all parts, of the movie making process :).

  • What video editor did you use for this Movie?

  • Good ol' Adobe Premiere.

  • Very nice effects, the IPOs of some of the effects looked like they were extrapolations, when they should be bezier, other than that, the effects were perfect, very professional. The story was a little confusing. Where did you learn to use Blender so well?

  • dude i think i saw one of your movies in mr. guys class. is filming a profession for u

  • HA! Is Mr. Guy still showing some of that stuff? That's incredible! That guy is great!

Aye, I've been doing filmmaking stuff as a career since high school- been working on a feature. We'll see how it goes!

  • this film is incredible! i watched it and i loved it! i love making films too but i can't make them like this! the effects were brilliant! you did this with blender! wow! make some more please!

  • 1:21

  • good job on the animation...but this whole thing is asss!!

  • Great Job!

  • Tha acting is crap. Otherwise, awesome camera, music, lighting, costumes and SFX. Wow. Great job! Shame the cast is bad :(

  • Im going to have to agree lol :D

  • great mate.. keep up the good work

  • As the last kickme studios member to view your work i deem it good. Your blender skills are impeccable.

  • I love all of your movies and this one is amazing and your artwork is great!

  • This is amazing! You made the park look so different by merely tinting it or what not, but I was excited that I recognized it. I think the dialogue was too philosophical and after a while I subconsciously began to filter it out, but the movie is still amazing. Kudos.

  • camera work and audio was great. I wasn't to fond of the acting though.

  • swords bulls need to drop

  • The animations and graphics were the best independent stuff I've ever seen, I think. But I did'nt really get/understand the movie to much.

  • one thing i noticed and idk if you cover this in your comentary but there is no impact sound effects for the unarmed combat in the garage this will make your movie more believe able

  • the guy who plays sword reminds me of a cross between Anthony micheal hall (younger) And daxflame. weird

  • Awesome! I watched all 40 minutes of this and then went and watched the 40 minute commentary! If only there were more movies like this on YouTube, then the world would be perfect. The ending was a bit confusing though.

  • wow this is cool sept the diolaug and acting was really bad

  • really bad? or AMAZING?!

  • This film deserves some sort of honour. Dialogs and the whole story are great!

  • That has to be the single coolest thing I have ever seen on YouTube. Can I worship you and stuff?

  • Stupid question, but are the people animated too? I honestly can't tell...

  • no...

  • The dialogue reminds me of a translated Japanese anime script. Great job.

  • the script was great cuz of all the complicated "shakespeare orientated" speech involved. The cg was incredible though

  • That was a really good film. I liked the CG and the story was great. I do think the diolog got a bit far at points, but it was good.

  • Good CG. Must've taken forever to render. But I must add - the acting was the worst I've seen in a lifetime.

  • Really? LIFETIME? That's gotta qualify this film for some sort of award or something.

  • Wow.

    Amazing

  • nate dogg. blender is a little disorienting at first but

there are tons of tutorials on the net the more time you spend on it the better you get. :P

  • wow

    teach me your BLENDER ways

    i pay in cash

  • wow how long did it take you to render the animations?

  • Very good movie. The acting was like a high school play though.

  • coool !!!

  • Ah, so great<3

  • Great - kinda william shakespeare joins the script writers of final fantasy

  • i love the cg. people like you are proving the capabilities of blender, while I am sure that many people are snubbing blender b/c they think it must stink cause its free.

  • Why are so many people suprised Blender made this? Blender is so complete and full. This is amazing, great work!

  • BLENDER!!!

  • Impressive CG stuff! What did you use for motion tracking?

  • In all the shots but one (where she throws the briefcase at the spider) I did the motion tracking in After Effects. For the briefcase shot Icarus was used.

Although notably, I didn't motion track much. Most of the shot movement you see was added in After Effects.

  • Wow, great work. I wish I could do something like that

  • There are imperfections, but those guys (and gals?) made something very very impressive and meaningful and a lot better than most low/no budget independent productions. Well done!

  • Well done! And the CG is great! I'm amazed that it was done in Blender too. Wow.

  • Impressive

  • omg...friggin amazing. I cant believe this was made in Blender either...just, amazing work!

  • The skinny blonde guy runs like a girl. The acting is overexaggerative, eccentric, and wholeheartedly unrealistic. I'm surprised the SciFi channel hasn't bought and aired this.

  • GODLY!

  • HOLY SHIT, I was the first human ever (besides Ian himself) to see this movie! IAN YOU ARE THE SHIT!

  • HECK YES YOU WERE!!! :D
