I can't explain it but whenever I get the heebie jeebie's from the hammy hams, a video like this or simply talking to a friend on CB snaps me out of it again. I am starting to realize that the divide is not between CBer's and hammy hams at all. It is really a cultural divide where we don't place the same priorities on life things as the baby boomers do! They are out in space somewhere (mostly)...
@K9FON Well naturally... I use some nice CB rigs also and have zero desire to buy any other ham box at all... For me, CB is much higher on the list than hammy ham! It is all what you make of it, and the fact that most hams associate CB simply with the superficial garbage that goes on there in the AM mode alone shows us exactly what frame of reference most hammy hams have!

Glad to see the hammy hams have not run you off!! That is a proven design that is a good quiet receiver!

@buzizzy They will never run me off. Im a CBer as well as a ham and i always will own a CB rig.
