Woohoo!! I'm not the only who noticed the similarities between Hiroto/Seiji and Natsume/Luca!! I also think that Kirari and Mikan look similar. There are quite a few others that I can think of, like Tai (Digimon Adventure) - Max (Dinosaur King); Trei (Shaman King) - Mannen (Pretear); Tamaki (Ouran HSHC) - Fai (Tsubasa Chronicles) (those two could be brothers); Euphemia (Code Geass) - Rokka (Mamotte! Lollipop); Serena (Sailor Moon) - Luchia (Mermaid Melody); and so many more!! Ran out of room :D
