How to Open and Clean a Pomegranate - Ligia's Kitchen

My iranian friends teach me to eat it in a different way. Actualy you squeeze the pomegade into your hands and after that you snik te fruit and bib the juice.

I think, that the peel of clean potato can be eaten, but the ossicle of pomegranate - no.

Other idea: simply extract with patience the insides of pomegranate by means of fingers of hands into the clean utensil.

If there is a need to eat the product without torment, then the insides of pomegranate can be placed into the clean water with sugar and can be boiled up to receiving a compote.
