WE witness that conversation on the business deal between Masonic3rd and John 4yrs ago in JTree Ca. This was a sweet deal for John and he agreed to come to LA to discuss in more detail. Obviously this deal never transpired due to johns cancellations and personal exuses as to why he couldnt make it to LA. M3rd admired Johns success in the climbing industry and saw opportunities with Bachar to take the industry to a whole NEW level. Bachar never made it to LA cuz he wasnt worthy of wealth. R.I.P

John Bachar was a great guy. I remember when i first met him, it was at the mammoth mountianeering shopin the eraly summer of 2000 he was so dirty it was great . he was giving information to the guys there on a route he had just finished to this day i cant remember where it was. john bachar also played the saxaphone. I will miss him

The Bachar-Yerian is an amazing, beautiful, and blank-looking climb. Every time I'm in Tuolumne, I just look up at the Bachar-Yerian and stare in wonder. Long live John Bachar!
