  • it might be possible to overlap with homeopathy (when you don't have any severe symptoms anymore!!) to support the body.

I have to look that up

  • I am feeeling so much better with B12!!!!!!!

    No more fogged head

  • b12 is amazing, it works against anxiety

  • someone can confirm that there is difference between sublingual versus normal ingestion for vitamin b12 tablets. Sublingually goes in the blood and doesn't need the activation in the stomach through complex biochemical cascade now i don't recall...

i just want to know if someone can confirm taht sublingual vit. b12 equals to vit. b12 injections.

    thanks

  • to me this is incredible. one must fight to show something that should be self evident.

Are we becoming completely idiots? Full clinical study my...

In any encyclopedia one can see vitamin b12 and the symptoms of its deficiency.

in the form of a chick with crooked legs

Why then they have always to evocate misterious reasons for illnesses. In many cases it is just a nutrient deficiency. I try to advocate this locally but encounter a lot mafia-like resistance. Where does this deafness come from?

  • I now have a new symptom, I used to have them in bed, now I am having very violent spasms just like being hit with an electric current my upper body has some kind of fit like episode it is very exhausting and it sure makes the people around at the time take notice.

  • Hi Dorvad2009

I am no expert and definately do not profess to be but from what I have read about B12 deficeincy and neurological damage I feel there is a reall need for you to have injections much more frequently than every 2 weeks more like every other day? I will definately take a look at your videos thank you for posting them. Best Wishes.

  • I have Combined Sclerosis caused by vitamin B12 defficiency, I have to have injections every 2 weeks just to function.

I have severe neurological deficits including muscle and nerve damage which cause paralysis of hands feet and legs, I have downloaded videos of my episodes on YouTube and can be found on dorvad2009

  • all I can say is it's Qualified Ignorance.when it comes to the doctors being cautious. Lets do the trials and get going with it.

  • OMG; I can't believe the NHS thinks only a B12 level below 150 is deficient!!! My reading and experience has confirmed that a truly healthy person has levels in the 800's or above. My docs do not like my B12 to go below 800 ever. Crazy, crazy.

    The "authorities" keep people sick!!!

  • They are always attacking alternatives to drugs...700 people in his practice found to be B12 deficient is 700 less people on drugs in big pharmas eyes. If only i had a Dr Chandy all those years ago to diagnose me with B12 deficiency. We need more doctors like this!

  • The cure is never enough evidence if you are not supporting BigPharma.

  • Lack of awerrrnesss indeed...

  • Interesting piece. I've seen what vitamin B12 deficiency can do to people and it's not nice!

I do worry that treating B12 as some kind of panacea is not the way forward. For mild depression it's probably better than SSRIs, even if it's little more than a placebo (much like SSRIs!) because of the lack of side-effects. Combined with 5-htp or vitamin B6 supplements I'm sure it could do wonders for mild-depression, anxiety and sleep problems. It would be really interesting to see some RCTs of B12.

  • People do not understand how badly this affects you, and the levels below which doctors will consider to be a "deficiency" desperately need to be elevated. And this doctor is SO right. Anti-depressants are now the answer for everything, even if it means ignoring another underlying condition. It's frustrating.

  • Amazing story! I was just diagnosed with a B12 deficiency (level of 72pmol/L) and i can't wait to start injections next week!! My symptoms have been driving me right round the bend and it took 6mths for me to get the blipping results...

    Thanks for this important story~*

  • In Canada you can buy B12 over the counter, and inject it yourself. Seem ludicrous to let someone have B12, and have them lose their hair...

  • @derekrstevenson Yes, I live in Canada and buy it OTC. I'm glad that (for now) vitamins can be purchased without a prescription here. I've heard many countries in Europe are turning into medical police states. Like in France you need a prescription to buy any vitamin, even Vitamin C. The EU is reclassifying vitamins as "drugs" and therefore you will need a doctor's prescription to buy them.

  • @oratorman did u see this from me>?

so you use vitamin b12 eh?

im thining of buying the sublingual methyl b12 by now nutirition..taking 5000 mcg a day

  • @rctriplefresh5 Yeah, I can see every video you like or add to your favorites. Don't take b12 sublingually, it doesn't absorb as well as injecting it does. I inject 1000mcg every 7 days. 5000mcg/day is ridiculous, you don't need to take that much. If you do take that much you will be eating way too much and will get fat. b12 stimulates appetite and the amount I take is enough to make me want to eat like I did when I was a teenager.

  • @oratorman meh...i take 10,000 units of vitamin d a day...i think 5,000 mcg will be ok...especially since it;s not as absorbable as the injections.

also i have 0 appetite so i dont mind the boost.

and you are a stalker ;)

  • @rctriplefresh5 I also take 10,000 iu of vitamin D daily. But that's comparing apples and oranges! Vitamin D is completely different than vitamin A, B, B12, C, E, K, etc....you need more of some than others. So taking 10,000 iu a day of vitamin D doesn't mean you should take that much of every vitamin! However, considering that you don't want to inject b12, you may have to take a lot more of it than I do to get the same benefit.

I stalk you, lol. I saw some questionable videos you liked... ;)

  • @oratorman what questionable vids have i added? anyway, my point was that 10,000 units of d is considered y most to be way to much...but the only people who say this are the unknowledgable ones. I feel you are being to cautious wit hB. 5,000 a day will be fine.b IS SUPER HARD TO ABSORB MAN...harder than d.

i'll take my b and ill like it motherfucker.

  • @rctriplefresh5 I am not being too cautious with b12.... remember, it's not about how much you take, but how much you ABSORB that counts! Since I inject it directly into my bloodstream I absorb every bit of it. Can you buy injectable b12 in the USA? You should look into that. It's cheap, about $8 here, and it only takes 30 seconds to give yourself a shot.

  • @oratorman u cant take too much b12 so i think you are being too cautious...idk if ican buy inectable b12...ill ust stick with the sublingual pills

  • @oratorman what made you puirchase

  • @rctriplefresh5 I bought b12 because I was having trouble eating. I never really got hungry except after a hard workout. Now I am hungry all the time, thanks to my weekly b12 injections.

  • A huge resounding YES! I am cured of severe neurological deterioration and fatigue. My feet that had been numb for 15 years are no longer numb and I have my balance back. A year agi I had dropfoot and could feel where my foot was. Now I have feeling and location back. I am using methylb12, the natural active form which is more potent than hydroxyb12 in the UK. Currently I inject 7.5mg 4 times a day and it is doing miricles.

  • That is absolutley fantastic news, you are one of the lucky ones :)

  • I found all the reasons it doesn't work for some people. Virtually everybody with a many symptoms can heal if they buy brands and types of supplements and use them in a specific way. There are certain brands of sublingual methylb12 and adenosylb12 that are more effective than anything except an injection of methylb12 and can usually equal that. With OTC sublinguals don't need a cooperating doctor and methylb12 and adenosylb12 are 100 to 10,000 times more effective than cyanob12 or hydroxyb12.

  • The Lady in this video who lost her hair has now been again stopped her injections and apparently lost her hair for the 3rd time and is depressed again so so bad what happend to Human Rights !!

  • I don't understand why she didn't just start taking sublingual b12 instead??

  • @Joolzratbag

To some people with B12 only injections will work as the body does not assimilate sub lingual

  • @dorvad2009

Ah okay, thanks - did not realise that

  • I just read this:-

"even if one has B12 malabsorption problems, studies have found that simple sublingual (tablets that dissolve under the tongue) vitamin B12 supplements produce B12 levels in the blood comparable to B12 shots (injections)."

  • - mental illness - depression - learning difficulties - behavioural problems - tiredness - fatigue - blindness - MS - ME - Loss of use of limbs - pins & needles - tingling / numbness of limbs - baldness - hairloss - IBS - Colitus - Ulcerative Colitus - Crohns disease - forgetfulness, confusion - memory loss - Ahlzhiemers - Dementia - trips & falls - clumbsiness - thyroid problems - cancer - self harming the list goes on and on.

  • It can help all sorts of probs (or people are poss. misdiagnosed with probs when it is a simple vitamin deficiency) from child to adult, to list but a few -

  • I am hoping making more people aware of this simple vitamin and how the lack of it can be so debilitating, will help peoples quality of life.

To give you an idea in Germany & Japan they detect and treat people who are symptomatic with B12 levels under 500/550!!! Here we detect and treat depending on where you live levels under 150/170! A baby is normally born with levels of 2000!!
