I think both Toe and his old group ( Silly fool) have a great performances. Silly fool got the best music and also Toe got a great voice and ability to create songs. So, it is much more better if they become a band as before.

if you listen those music from both new silly fool and Toe with his new brand, called Hangman, you will see that both of these two brand seem not really reach the great performance as compared with original Silly fool brand.

Thanks, everyone, for your help in understanding those few words. I found a much more efficient way to learn Thai. Instead of trying to compare Thai to English, I'm now trying to learn Thai, in Lao(Thai-Dam dialect). It's much easier for someone to explain things to me in Lao. Western to Eastern translations are never perfect. Being taught, in Lao, how to say things in Thai just makes SO much more sense. My only problem right now is learning how to use the word "kup." I hear it ALL the time!

Hey, a little help please. I was just trying to understand this song (I'm Lao, learning Thai) At 1:27 I think I understood what he said, roughly.

"Tah jai tur mun mai koey pen yahng nun"

Here's what I got so far.

"Her heart/feelings have never been like this."

Is he saying "tah jai" as in "the heart's eye" or does that mean something else? Also, is he saying HE has never felt like this before, or is he referring to another person? Please help, Lao -> Thai is not as easy as it seems.

i think he means 'tah' as in 'if' or 'but'

'if/but your heart was never been(felt) like that (before)' that what he was trying to say, so you got it right

I think the "Tah" in this case means "If"

Cuz he's saying like: "Dont say love...dont say...bla bla bla....IF your heart have never been like this." makes more sense.

Correct me if I'm wrong cuz i'm actually Taiwanese but grew up in Thailand.

I don't know why, Lao and Thai are not the same language. Lots of words and grammar are similar ya, but I can't 100% understand Thai. If I sat down and carefully read the lyrics to this song I could probably get a rough translation, but it would be very rough. You have to also understand that I am not full Lao, even my Lao isn't perfect.

Yes, Num Lai owns something fierce. Kee Heung does too. Are these the same Silly Fools that sang "Stay Away"? The singer's voice sounds completely different when singing in Thai or English. Nope, Silly Fool is now a group with same band and new vocalist & they sing in english (which is awful, in my opinion):D Natapol "Toe" is now singing in his own band called "HANGMAN", his voice is AMAZING! He's da BEST!

yah actually means "don't" (kind of easy to confuse, b/c yahk means "i want to")

the singer we knew form num lai, kee heung and all the greats was Toe. he now sings for his own group. do a search for hangman thai in youtube. the new silly fools with new singer) perform in english and thai-- but they suck. no one can sing like Toe. and he wrote the songs! that explains why silly fools doesnt sound like before- they dont know how. The new Silly Fools- i wish them well but they suck. check out hangman
