i play on pdp 805s, but i picked up a pork pie snare at guitar center today and it sounds amazing. its the curly maple and i will most likely never need a snare drum again. its soooo siiick.
@ebdrummer07 i had the porkpie fuzzy maple which is like 299$ at guitar center, but recently, i have been playing a lot of gospel and reggae so i went back to the stock 805 snare along with an evans genera batter. it sounds ridiculous.

They say that they are endorsing you when really they are just giving you discounts or giving you the right to say that you endorse them. If I were you, I'd tell them to give you a real endorsement deal or just tell them to fuck off.

Im not really looking for a full on endorsement, i dont play with a mainstream band and Im going to be going to school. So that would be silly for me to ask for a full out endorsement. Ive only gotten a snare from them but i think ive gotten my foot in the door and made some future connections that could help me out.

i think he doesn't mind using a bunch of strength, have you seen his ARMS???!!!! and if u lower ur arms it wont really have an effect on ur playing, it will just make u not play as hard.. but thats ur style, dont listen to this clown below me he's jealous of ur arms

the sound is very good.
but you shouldn't bring your drumsticks up so high.
raise them a little less about 3 to 4 inches.
it will really help that way you won't have to use alot of strength just by bringing them up then down.
trust me this will help you out very much.
