Schwans gives no sick days or personal days, the training pay is not bad for just riding with best route sales driver. Then you get your own route and the nightmare begins. 12 to 14 hours a day for just 50.00.....

schwans lies. they cheat their employees and make them make up holiday pay. they will give you the day off, but make you come in the next weekend and make the day up. Schwans cheats the new hires on pay. they keep you as a trainee as long as possible and make you run and build routes of trainee pay do not trust schwans. 60+ hrs a week to run their routes and build their routes for only trainee pay.
All I want is weekends off and my paid Holidays off without having to make the day up on a Sat. or Sun. Where I work the turnover is unbelievable. I really beiieve the Light Bulb will come on in Upper Managements head in the next year or so and they will realize you can't work a man like a Dog and treat him less than Human and expect him to stay around. Once they realize that and get the proper management in place I think this will be a good place to work and a fun job.
I worked for Schwan's. They treat their employees like shit. I've never worked so hard, for so little pay, and never heard the work "thank you" from any of it's dumbshit managers who proudly had a high school diploma at best. The company has laid off a lot of employees, is financially hurting and they can take that greed and shove it.. You want bad benefits, shitty pay, and no job satisfaction, and want to work for a bunch of backstabbing bastards, this is the company to work for!!!
