haven't checked this in a while, so pleased for the comments. and i have no answer for those that don't know why they would/would not want to listen to the song. beat seemed to go along with beating egg whites. just mute the music, then you can just get the directions.
Great and simple video...very useful. I would only add it is best to remove the foam and strain the "glair" through the fine gauze afterwards (usually after one night in fridge), so no firm egg residues remain.
@MaylarArt yes, straining is good if you need a fine glue. the glop usually just floats to the top and is easy to scoop out after a night in the fridge. keeps for a long time.
