Also, keep in mind that there are many books of Apocrypha nature that re-enforces the bible & have great historical significance, but if God is going to put all books in the bible, the bible would be bigger than the encyclopedia Britannica, & the message of salvation would be lost in between all these books.

I'm sorry, but the book of Enoch is uninspired. It supplants Jesus as the Counsellor and is replaced by Enoch instead. There is also spiritism found, which the bible specifically forbids. Enoch is just a useful tool to know what traditions the ancient Israelites held in regards to the nephilim, nothing more. Other than that, there is an obvious New Age doctrine to it.

After all, Enoch1 must had been inspired enough for Peter to favorably quote from it in the bible, as well as Jude who not only quoted from Enoch1, but who also called Enoch a prophet.
The bible states Enoch living 365 years before God took him alive. How delusional to think that this holy man of God did not wrote anything inspired in 365 years of his life!
It's a case of who copied who. The earlier manuscripts of the Book of Enoch didn't mention those verses found in Jude, so that leaves without a doubt from which it originally came from.

The fact is that the dating for the book of Enoch can be found within the dead sea scrolls. The book of Enoch predates Jesus, Peter, Jude, & all of the apostles just in case. So even a newer transcript copy of the book of Enoch predates all of the gospels!
Therefore, the fact is that you chose to speak things that you have no knowledge of.
Another fact is that Jude & Peter are clearly quoting from Enoch, Therefore the book of Enoch would have to have been written earlier in order to be quoted later
And if that isn't enough, there are many inconsistencies found in the book of Enoch and the bible as well. For one:
Enoch 47:3 "In those days I saw the Head of Days when He seated himself upon the throne of His glory, And the books of the living were opened before Him: And all His host which is in heaven above and His counselors stood before Him,"
Now read this in contrast to Romans:
Romans 11:34 "For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counseller?"

@WuffPakk7 The bible which is composed of 2 texts, The Maseronic Texts for the Old Testament, & The Textus Receptus for the New Testament, are still in circulation in their original language. Hebrew & Greek scholars of these languages agree with the translation of the KJV bible. In order for King James to have added or taken away from the bible, he would have first had to tamper with the original texts which is impossible, since there is no original texts due to its usage.

@david1057 To add to Davids point, unlike the the other books, the Book Of Enoch was found in the Dead Sea Scrolls and is the second oldest scroll next to the Book of Job. The Bibles books had to meet certain criteria, Enoch narrowly escaped meeting that criteria. One was, before the Dead Sea Scrolls, two versions circulating at the time, although similar, neither could be authenticated. Lack of a single author or documented ones were the other sticking point. The book is valid though.

Matthew 22-23 doesn’t say that “angels can’t fornicate”, it simply says that in the resurrection we won’t be given into marriage as the angels in heaven. This does not say that angels can’t fornicate, but that angels in their right estate are not given into marriage because they are eternal & have no need to procreate.
On the other hand, the angels that left their estate fornicated with women in accordance with Genesis 6 & bore giants in which spirits became the “unclean spirits” spoken in the bible, AKA demons.

@2009AnamCara We're not talking about the soul. Humans have a physical life span in which after, the body dies. The angels were not created for their physical bodies to die, thus they have no need of reproduction. (humans do) - Once an angel falls, then that angel stops being eternal & crosses over to the mortal realm, leaving their first estate behind. However, a fallen angel even thou they are mortal, they have a very, very long life span.

I don't know if it's Scripture, but all the early Jewish rabbis as well as the early church father's considered it a valuable text of Jewish History. If it's good enough for them, and if it's good enough for my Lord, it's good enough for me.

Enoch prophesied of the 77th generation (70 generations from himself) the generation of Jesus the Christ. Christ back to God are 77 generations. I'm sorry, but the book of Enoch is uninspired. It supplants Jesus as the Counsellor and is replaced by Enoch instead. There is also spiritism found, which the bible specifically forbids. Enoch is just a useful tool to know what traditions the ancient Israelites held in regards to the nephilim, nothing more. Other than that, there is an obvious New Age doctrine to it.

The fact is that the dating for the book of Enoch can be found within the dead sea scrolls. The book of Enoch predates Jesus, Peter, Jude, & all of the apostles just in case. So even a newer transcript copy of the book of Enoch predates all of the gospels!

Hebrew & Greek scholars of these languages agree with the translation of the KJV bible. In order for King James to have added or taken away from the bible, he would have first had to tamper with the original texts which is impossible, since there is no original texts due to its usage.

@david1057 To add to Davids point, unlike the the other books, the Book Of Enoch was found in the Dead Sea Scrolls and is the second oldest scroll next to the Book of Job. The Bibles books had to meet certain criteria, Enoch narrowly escaped meeting that criteria. One was, before the Dead Sea Scrolls, two versions circulating at the time, although similar, neither could be authenticated. Lack of a single author or documented ones were the other sticking point. The book is valid though.

The angels were not created for their physical bodies to die, thus they have no need of reproduction. (humans do) - Once an angel falls, then that angel stops being eternal & crosses over to the mortal realm, leaving their first estate behind. However, a fallen angel even thou they are mortal, they have a very, very long life span.

I don't know if it's Scripture, but all the early Jewish rabbis as well as the early church father's considered it a valuable text of Jewish History. Just because it was excluded from the canon by early christian fathers does NOT mean it is false word! Did you know that Martin Luther wanted to exclude Revelation from the bible? Enoch prophesied of the 77th generation (70 generations from himself) the generation of Jesus the Christ. Christ back to God are 77 generations. We ARE NOT in the End Times / Last Days, this is simply further ignorance of the scriptures surrounding those last days / end times. Ever read Luke 3? Enoch prophesied of that generation, not ours. Enoch spoke to the generation of Messiah, not us today!

Book of Enoch or Enoch 1 is a good book and should be included w/ your scripture, concordance, etc. Keys of Enoch give to your child as a drawing book, for that is all its worth. Enoch is important for today, for he spoke of today. Items in Enoch about UFO's can be linked back to Genesis and the Ethiopian Bible. Where the story of the Fallen is given in more detail. Never forget Jer 8:8 and always follow 2Tim 2:15.
