  • only thing that iv seen work in this video, is that in each of you clips it shows you locking your joints. be careful, that can seriously damage your joints

  • if your gunna be doing workouts like that, make sure you keep your posture resistance... that means dont lock your elbows or any joints.

  • @Italiks thats really up to you because it depends on your strength. I would research workout regiments on the internet that would best suit you.

  • @Italiks most people do 3 sets of 10. if your weaker start otu with 2 sets of 8. and after a week do 2 sets of 10. then work up to 3 sets of 10. perform 3 workouts in a row, so do it like so workout 1 - 10 -1 set workout 2 - 10 -1 set workout 3 - 10 - 1 set start over... then do work out 4. work out 5, work out 6 start over etc...
  • yes it made my heart beat faster than usual, but def not over 150bpm

  • yea i would def stay away from any kind of workout that would put pressure on your knees until your growing pains are over and the ligament is fully reattached to the bone
