I think both is easy in this case: GH an real guitar. But to play it on a real guitar, acoustic or amplified, makes much more fun and you can evolve many ways for your personal sound. I really like the simpleness and the power of this song.

@TheLluuddoo well guitar takes weeks to learn just basic stuff, its probably a month before the average person can play this... guitar hero however requires no talent, and no dedication. just a tv, a ps3, wii or xbox, and no life.
