I taught karate for many years, 8 of those years at an upper middle class neighborhood. That latter bunch of kids never fought, were uncoordinated, ADD, unmotivated, and exhausted from running from one after school activity they didn't care about to another. The best thing about fighting is that it puts you in the moment, and teaches focus. Remember, fighting isn't necessarily bad. Some things are worthy of fighting, such as life and liberty.

That latter bunch of kids never fought, were uncoordinated, ADD, unmotivated, and exhausted from running from one after school activity they didn't care about to another. The best thing about fighting is that it puts you in the moment, and teaches focus. Remember, fighting isn't necessarily bad. Some things are worthy of fighting, such as life and liberty.
