  • @ADRIANOHIPOLITO

    can you written in english?

  • @alextse4 I studied with Lau Fat Man's student. He told me that that Lau's son complained. That explained why some of his landing after the jumps and kicks as well as his footwork. The tougest one was the 雙飛腿 in the beginning.

  • @baiding99 Yes very slippy floor after waxed.

  • The more relaxed you are the faster you body can move, there is more footage of other eagle claw people moving at this speed, however the performance is a bit too fast. Note the continuity of movement that is what makes it looks faster than what most people are used to.

  • I agree that I love the vintage. Unfortunate that this one was sped up- obvious from how the frames clicker way too fast for any film, especially from that era.

  • This clip is taken by me by 8 mm in 1972and tranformed to DVD in 2009.this is normal speed and I never let it run faster.

  • @TheWhiteNinoBrown

This is normal speed. No, I have seen faster and more fluid and precise coordination, a trade mark of northern style Chinese kung fu. I heard about this performance. This young son of master Lau complained that the stage floor was slippery. Now I could see that from the video. That explained why his movement was not as fluid and precise as I would like. I studied with one of master Lau Fa Man's students in NYC.

  • @baiding99 How you know the floor is slippy?have you joined the party?

  • I have never seen this form done as perfect as this...Great stuff

  • Simply amazing speed and skill in this video. A real treat to see and thank you.

  • I thought I had a decent grasp of ying jao pai, I about pooped myself watching this clip. Skills like this are good for keeping one humble.

  • Excellent!

  • Pure ownage Rite there.

  • great performance

  • I like classic footage like this. Hopefully more will be available some day. Helps the art stay alive.

  • This is Lily Lau's demo team in Hong Kong.Lily's younger brother,James lau, he is doing "Mm Fa Pa', the other is Lily Lau's directly student 'Wong Ka Kin' he is doing "Die Hung kung".This is original Eagle Claw kung fu which focus on speed and accuracy.Lau Fat Mang teach his family the "real thing" and Grandmaster Lily Lau didn't change even a punch!

  • Wasn't two-thirds of the clip Ng Fa Pow? The last third was Dai Hung Kuen for sure.

  • Correct.That's exactly what I wrote above.

  • hao
