@MyAlienX light is good for attracting rarer fish and that's good if you want to catch all the fish. windmill boosts your town rating and that's good if you want to achieve perfect town for 15 days to get the golden watering can. however once you get the watering can the windmill is pointless to have. i say lighthouse so that you can get rarer fish. but it's your choice. once you choose one you can't go back unless you earse your town. hope this helped!

when you donate 1m bells you can have a lighthouse or the windmill buy the whole town decides not just you so if you get one you dont want blame the town people same with the bridge you can vote on where to put it but the town people votes to

@cocobeans48 You pay the 200.000 fot the bridge, the next week you vote where it will be built, then the bridge is built, and you can donate the 400.000, then after a week your fountain is there, and then donate 1.000.000 for the windmill or the lighthouse, then the week will be again a vote.Note: The week after the donation you can't donate anything.

There is something call a town fund, you donate money to it, and over time you will get thing for your town, like a new bridge, fountain, and a choice between a windmill or a lighthouse.

Lol, here's a money making tip. Go back to easter from March 23 2008 and to April 12 2009 to get bunny furniture. Nook buys them for 9,000 each ^^ Considering ther'es around 11 or 12 of them, u get rich fast if u know where to look. U get the furniture by talking to Zipper T. Bunny on those days and getting bunny foils which are in eggs.
