Making a video about Alan Watts when you don't know who he is, is a bit like making a plastic models of Buddha, but you have no idea who he is? It's no shame that you are not familiar with Watts, but just strange that you would post a video all the same.

Alan Watts is probably the most significant western contemporary philosopher. Anyway, I'm sure you know who he is now and great that you found out.

BTW: "The Book" is my favorite book by him.

why did you mix up Alan watt's lectures with your subjective taste of music and art.

Your sampling and editing audio and video clips together only goes against what Alan Watts claimed not to do, that is cutting things up into bits. Nothing can beat the uncut versions of Alan Watts lectures without all the distracting music and video. let people use their own memories and imagination to construct a concept of what Alan is saying.

Nice idea. We need more of this. I always thought that Alan Watts voice should have been used during the Superman-trip-to-earth sequence for the young child's education. I would've preferred one of Watt's 1966 lectures aboard his ferryboat, the Valejo!
