Its different for different people but in most "natural" organizations for bodybuilding you cannot take insulin, human growth hormone, pro-hormones and anabolic steroids. Most steroid cycles and pro-hormones utilize testosterone as the main compound. As a natural, I still take supplements like protein powder, creatine, amino acids, dextrose, multivitamin and fish oil. All of these are legal and safe and serve a specific purpose for my diet.

Flex, without a doubt, is one of the most aesthetic looking bodybuilders ever.
But I just never saw him beating Ronnie Coleman. Coleman's back was like twice the size of Flex's back, and overall he was more muscular. And it's not like Coleman wasn't conditioned.
