Hi, The musical arrangement for Ella's version of "Let's Fall in Love" was done by Buddy Bregman. Bregman was probably the best jazz music arranger living in 1956 when this recording was made (on Verve Records 1956) I don't know where you can find Buddy's arrangements....they have to be available somewhere...look him up. Good Luck

@philafan33325 No, Cole Porter recorded some of his own material in the mid-30s. On YouTube you can find Anything Goes, I'm a Gigolo, You're the Top, Be Like the Bluebird, The Physician, others. I don't know him to have recorded Let's Do It, though.

No doubt you have the best taste! Did you know that many of Cole Porter's lyrics were on the banned list? "Let's Fall in Love" almost made it to the list...Porter had to tweek the lyrics to get the song past the censors. I know that "Love for Sale" ( old love, new love, every love but true love) was definately "banned" up until the late fifties...when Elvis wiggled his way to the front lines.
