Hey, I've been to Baron's (in Burbank, CA), and they are truly happy people! It's like a big family there. All craftsmen. They also make great smelling food in the back and all sit around a big table to eat lunch! I think there's like two other places in the world that can do what they do. A lost art, and right there in America! If you're around that area check them out. They are open to the public, and have a great museum besides, plus great hats!
