Go to where Mr Ali's firsrt spawn. THen, go up and there will be this rundown warehouse-like place at the top left corner of the map. Press up near the entrance of it. THen, head up into the first portal you see. You should be able to have to climb up to the portal. Enter, and wait to be invited.
