i wasn't lookin for it to played different i was lookin for an acoustic version of it to mimic and know how to play it the right way so people enjoy listening to it but keep practicin man and you'll be good enough to hear something and be able to play it and sing it the right way and if not then set down the guitar cause you aint got the talent
@justin43011 Way to be a douche, justin. It's a cover not karaoke. But as someone who is just looking to mimic someone else, it doesn't seem like you'd know the difference. Why not just listen to the album version, figure out the chords, and record your own carbon copy, champ.

a cover song isn't always supposed to sound like the original artist or the same style as the original artist. I just played it how I feel is best for me. If you would rather it sound exactly like train then sorry. But maybe you should just listen to their version rather than someone else if you're expecting it to sound like them.
