This isn't very helpful if you don't know how to use Cheat Engine...You could perhaps explain how to get that list of cheats up in the first place..."Drag and drop your cheats" isn't helpful...(and I've watched you do it at least 10 times and can't figure out wtf you're actually doing)

@jinlaw3001 Drag the .ct file to the big open white space of cheat engine. Then click the button in the top left of the window that has a color changing border. Choose Isaac.exe. Then you're set. Click the boxes to enable the cheats and you're off.

Thanks very, very much! After hours of playing (only half fun, and frustrating), I finally could speed up 'work' and an extra 30 minutes later I encountered him. I was ~ 10 times faster than normal.

@TobiAngul Click the boxes in CheatEngine. They aren't instant so give them some time. I have a 6 core processor with 16gb of ram and it still takes a little time.

@Cael691 Make sure you're clicking on the box and not the name of the cheat. Make sure you single click and give it time to activate.

@Nintendude4life well, you'll have the "add on item when going through doors" cheat active. then, since i believe you can only get one item per times you enter the door, you'll have to activate the compass cheat, go through door, unactivate it (by clicking the box again), turn on the one below it (treasure map), go through door, unactivate it, etc etc until you get to the "lucky foot". For this one, depending on how many you want, you just have it on and go back and forth through the door.

@IZY2091 I just so happened to need to restart the whole system after i didn't get the achieve, unrelated to trying to getting it to work. When I came back, and started isaac it loaded all the achievements I got including this one. I may have only needed to exit out and back into isaac to get it to work, but, hey, a full restart doesn't hurt.

@grindsmygearsAU took me a while to figure out, but it you have to click the computer with the magnifying glass at the top, which opens proccess's, and select isaac.exe or whatever

the achievement does not unlock for me. tried 2x (1x steam cloud off 1x steam cloud enabled). followed the instructions, except that i couldn't drag the cheat file, had to use the program's browser. Could it be windows 7 64 bit related? Also tried the 32 bit exe

You can download a save data file now and it will unlock the achievement. I found one on the official steam forums for this game.

@KarlSalameh Just do it exactly like he did in the video... start the game and CheatEngine, then load the file into CheatEngine, then scan for processes and select Isaac.exe, then select the cheats with single clicks on the checkboxes...

@Raoul1311 No, any game that is VAC relevant wouldn't work well with cheat engine as the game is bound to be server side controlled for things like resources or kill count etc. VAC is mostly concerned with multiplayer, not so much singleplayer. That said, some games do have in built cheat detection. If you use Cheat Engine on Rise of the titans, you get a bunch of nearly invulnerable super fast enemies as I found out for that cheeve (actually didn't used to be that way, must be a new addition).

@bersaba Yeah. It's so completely random that it's annoying. Just keep at it, eventually you'll get it. I've had the most success with 7 lucky feet. But that's purely based on the three times that I've found him.
