Thank G*d for Stanley Roberts. Once again he has hit the nail on the head. If the City employees did what they were paid to do (i.e.: enforce parking laws, collect bus fares, not sleep on the job, etc.), the City would generate revenue. Instead, we pay for their laziness and incompetence by getting stuck with higher fees and higher taxes. Stanley Roberts for President!
