Most women don't wear makeup to satisfy men, but to feel good about themselves and highlight certain areas to make them stand out more...not to cover, or "paint". Why are you watching makeup vids if you dont wear it.. how about inspiring yourself to manage time better than to waste it watching vids on topics that don't interest you??

I think she means to highlight your nose with a light color, not your actual blush color.

What if you don't put foundation on?

Your make up will be lighter of course, but your skin won't be as uniform as you'd use doundation. You can also model your facet using the lighter and darker fondation, your make-up will be more durable... Blah, blah, blah - I could speaking for hours ;)
