First it was the broken right cup, then no mic sound unless I tweaked the cable from the headset to the amp, then no game sound unless I tweaked the cable again or avoiding plugging in completely the green jack, now there's no sound at all no matter what I do, I already open both earcups and the amp, I see no broken or disconnected wires, everything seems to be in place, ideas anyone?
Haha, thanks man! Just went upstairs, busted it open, and immediately saw the disconnected wire. Got my Dad to grab his soldering iron for me and went to work. Took no more than a minute or two, minus the time it took for the soldering iron to heat up. Works fine now. Your vids helped a ton!
Same here johny blaze, same exact thing happend to me but i have not yet opened it im trying right now

Sounds like you've got big trouble. You could try contacting Turtle Beach support, they "might" help you out.
