There's a very good DVD called 'Out of the Shadows' which shows them doing another super version of this with Arthur, recorded around 2004. It's a live gig featuring a lot of Calvert stuff from 'Captain Lockheed & the Starfighters. Recommended.
Wow, I never knew Hawkwind covered this!..I'm lucky enough to have the original Kingdom Come album 'Journey' which it's on...picked it up at a car-boot sale whislt on holiday in Dorset!!...Arthur Brown was just amazing..a great singer too!
This is a superb version of what is one of my favourite Arthur Brown tunes, wish I could make the impending 40th Anniversary gig coming up in Manchester but leg is in plaster and I would not survive the night...............
A great KINGDOM COME cover...

I was at this gig too!
Arthur Brown is actually on vocals, he toured with Hawkwind during this period.
I remember being one of only well one person whom recognised this tune on the night.
One last comment - Alan Davey and that bass line!!!
