remove that fraudulent video "Dawkins Stumped."

It is debunked, offensive, a lie and hateful. Why are you religious people so evil???

  • Horrible docudrama, with some of the worst editing I've ever seen. Whatever crappy company produced this schlock could really stand to hire some qualified personnel.

  • What I love about this clip is that it does absolutely nothing to refute the UNDENIABLE FACT that individuals within a species who are better fit for their environment are more likely to survive to pass on children. It's an observation of an actual process of nature.

  • If Darwin had listened to the BIble, he would have known that you don't marry first cousins. Which is why many of his children died.

  • If Darwin had listened to the Bible, he would have known that the entire human race came from incest.

    Yeah, fuck that.

  • If Darwin had listened to the Bible, he would know that "incest" wasn't even a word until have the Ten Commandments were written. We naturally detest incest because God put those feelings inside of us, after the Ten Commandments. But before that stage of history it was OK. Why? Because of genetic out folding.

  • Of loss of natural strength due to thermodynamics. But in reality we are all related. And even if you believe in evolution you had to believe incest was Ok for the first humans born to an ape.

  • ............ No. There were never humans born to an ape. Instantaneous species change is completely foreign to evolution.

There was not one male and one female human. There was an entire population. Species evolution works at the population level, not the individual level.

  • Bullshit, sorry. Incest isn't in the ten commandments, and the ten commandments utterly FAIL as a source of morality. It says nothing about the dignity or rights of children, and endorses slavery and misogyny.

  • Correct, when the ten commandments were given so were the other laws, as listed in Deuteronomy and Leviticus. And the so called slavery was a temp method of repayment of debt to which the person, had to be well kept and let go at the end of six years. And the Bible in no may says to hate women, which is what misogyny means. I don't know of any man who hates women, but I do know that atheists sarcastically leer at women all the time. Like DPRJones and Nykotyne.

  • No. It was SLAVERY. Paint it as nicely as you like, it was human beings being sold to each other and marked as property. And when a slave with children paid off his debts, his master could force him to remain in bondage by refusing to allow his family to go free with him.

"Well-kept", in the Bible, just means you're not allowed to beat them to death. It specifically says that - you can beat them without punishment, but if you kill them you have to pay a fine.

  • As for misogyny, the Bible itself is misogynistic, saying that women are forbidden to teach men, that they must remain modest or be stoned to death, and all sorts of other restrictions. It's phenomenally anti-woman.
