My roommate at the time and I both had a Wii with Brawl and I did some on mine and some on his depending on whose was hooked up at the time, so maybe he or I did those characters on an easier difficulty since the game saves your fastest time regardless of whether you play it on intense or not.

Did you take damage? Because I wasn't going for a speed run. I was playing extremely cautiously and waiting to attack so that I wouldn't get hit. Like, I did the Yoshi no-damage one in 6:42 and if I speed run it without worrying about taking minor damage, then I can get it down to 4:25.

Doesn't this do more damage than Kirby's hammer? and Meta Knight? Ganon's up-smash? Cause you said Meta knight's nair was the third best.

In terms of the lag afterwards and where you can use the move. Like, Ganondorf's up-smash can't be used on Tabuu if he's high enough off the ground, but Kirby's hammer, Meta Knight's neutral aerial, and Charizard's Rock Smash can all be used wherever. In terms of actual damage, the Rock Smash has everything beat by a long shot followed by Ice Climbers' down smash then Kirby's hammer. Ganondorf is way up there damage-wise but he's so slow that it's still hard to be effective with him.

I like the U-tilt on ridley, flashy. Question, since Ganon is the character I'm most comfortable with, do you recommend that I spend my time attempting this with him, or should I just cheapo my way through with charizard. Keep in mind, I'm only trying to beat it, not 0 damage it.

Ganondorf was not an easy character to use, so even if he's your best, it might be better to just use Charizard, Kirby, Meta Knight, or Fox. Those should be the easiest 4 to use if you're just trying to beat it, so, yeah, I'd go with one of those and you can always come back to it if you wanna try it with Ganondorf.

I use a Gamecube Controller (I've used one ever since the day Melee came out over 6 years ago). Also, a controller doesn't make something easier. One of my friends plays with the Wii-mote and I can assure you that he's just as capable of maneuvering around on that as I am on the Gamecube Controller.

Because the lag after the move is so long that if it wasn't to kill him, it might have made me get hit in the recovery time. Also, the reason I used the same moves a lot is because they don't diminish in power in this mode so why wouldn't I use the most powerful/fastest moves only? Why take more time and risk getting hit by using a slower move that's not as effective?

Only when he's landing from jumping across the stage and when his eyes are yellow (when his eyes are yellow, he's doing what I called the Dance of Death, and he just walks around and the tips of his legs hurt you). Other then those, they don't do any damage to you.

Also I got a question. When u used Fox, Wolf and Pit why didn't you use the reflector against atks like Duon's laser and tabuu's dragon laser? They can't be reflected or somethin?

It's the same reason I didn't use Lucario's, Ike's, and Marth's counters. Any attack that reflects the boss's own attack back is extremely cheap because it takes off a lot of damage and it's a "cop out" for dodging it normally. Honestly, I've never tested out a reflector against Tabuu's Dragon Laser so I'm not sure if you can reflect it back or not. I don't think you can since you can't reflect his Scatter Shot. I do know that you can't reflect Duon's triple blue laser though.

It's ironic cause after I typed that comment, I went too smashwiki and found out that Duon can't be reflected. But with Tabuu's Dragon Laser, all I know is that Pit's Mirror shield doesn't exactly reflect. It's like with Samus's final smash: u don't take dmg and it just pushes you back.

Noted. It makes sense considering he's Tabuu. I'm sure Nintendo wouldn't have wanted certain characters to be "cheap" against him with reflectors and such.

I can understand that you didn't want to use counters on a "no damage" demonstration,yet those techniques do exist and are highly useful in this mode for certain characters,like,in that case,Ike.

Thus,I guess he should be higher in your list.

Yeah, the main reason Ike is so low is because his up-B makes it almost impossible to dodge Porky/Duon's dash attacks. And although his counter is nice, it doesn't save you from taking damage a lot of the time (take Rayquaza's lightning for example). You still get hit by attacks that last a little longer so for no-damage purposes, Ike's counter doesn't really save him that much.

Awesome job there! I've seen some of these vids and it's just amazin. I'm not surprised with Ganondorf, since I mained him in Melee, so I know about his crazy power. But right now, I almost wish I didn't see them cause I'll be playin Brawl with my friend tomorrow( I don't have it but he does =(. So now Im kinda ready too fight em in Subspace. My friend calls me a trained Tabuu dodger since in matches I sidestep dodge alot.
