Shouldn't you be wearing a helmet? I knew I guy who was knock himself out on some rocks, now he wears one all the time. Saftey should be FIRST in your video
@thebigoo i practice bow stalls and rolls in a pool and always wear a helmet. Its not impossible to hit your head on the side of the pool and its not too much of a pain to wear a helmet even if the neighbors think you look ridiculous. Much to learn you still have.
good little vid i like the camra angles (boat mounted) lots of action for the student plenty of repertation no time wasted on waffeling. music was a bit buisy and the boat mounted video insert got in the way of the larger screen action. but a really good vid!
FINALLY a video showing a "from behind" view... that is the best for instruction as it shows me sorta a first person perspective on what I need to do... I have yet to do a roll... practicing it tomorrow wish me luck :D
Great video, just wish i had a pool to practice in, its the cold cornish sea for me. Oh yeah i thought the music was good too.

@MikeSkiera Observant one you are.... However, a pool is clear, still water, if you hit your head on a pool when rolling you deserve a sore head....

Agree -- this is a combination sweep and C-to-C roll. Well done. Could look at the right paddle blade at the end.

er Sweep roll - or hybrid - not a C to C roll (certainly not a Sea to Sea roll).
