You'll be better off going to film school and making your own movies rather than just cutting and splicing movies already made. Your added effects look tacky when you use segments with hollywood budget sfx, you obviously like working in this media but you'll not progress very far unless you show some original work. Pretty solid, and nice cuts too. It's actually a little suspenseful. Too bad Hollywood hacks don't have the vision of a fan, or the passion of a fan for that matter which is necessary in order for the source material to translate well across another medium. Amazing editing job. Hands down the best use of the movies used and combined with the edited shots of Doomsday and Superman. If they shot a live action film with this style it would e amazing. I wish Warner Brothers would watch this video, and figure out what the Superman movie can be like. Superman needs a reboot in movies like Nolan did with Batman. Make it feel like it could be realistic, and show some real heart! Get rid of the canny old stuff from the 80's but stick with the original stories from the comics. If WB would treat the DC comics like Fox does with Marvel we might see some good movies come out. To the creators of this, Bravo! Fantastic job, and good luck.
@MrJgkeeling As much as I'm in love with Superman, but how realistic can a dude in red underpants be? I think "realistic" to the exent of the Batman movies would be the wrong approach for a character like Supes. Batman's costum can be sold as something practical and realistic, but never Superman's. I think the character was never to intended to be portrayed that way to begin with.
@aigoopiful True, what I meant is it be more emotionally driven as we saw with Nolan's movies. However as we saw with the death of Superman comics arc, with the Eradicator type Superman costume would be nice. All of it needs to be updated to today's audience. Have Clark work for the AP maybe, make Jimmy a TV cameraman, etc. But Superman definitely needs a remake to the modern world that's more relateable and "realistic" .

@DoctorStrangeFate Norton did provide the motion capture for the Hulk so he could do the same for Doomsday. Plus the Smallville version was more realistic. Aalso I think he was Davis Bloome in the comics at one time.
@thesyfychannel15 you're young so I can't knock you for only having Smallville for your frame of reference, but Davis Bloome was created only for Smallville, it's not the true origin of Doomsday. Doomsday doesn't have an alter ego that he can transform into... he's just a monster. Smallville's version of him was terrible if you know the comic. Try to get your hands on the 1990's Death of Superman storyline if you can. Or wiki it, you'll see what I mean
Actually to be honest, Davis Bloome was a take on Doomsday origins. Simple orgranic matter looking for a host. Depending on the version. The Doomsday created by Bertron on Krypton was created by sending out a young kryptonian child into the wilds of krypton - waiting for him to be killed and then rebuilding him. The Zod version was just a tweak. Besides this is smallville. They handled is well considering the budget constraints.
@SUPERBOY6001 i stitched together a couple of sounds from some of Christian Bale's dialogue in Batman Begins. In the movie he said something like "My parents deserve justice" I then put an "S" sound at the end of "deserve" and found some random clip of him saying "He". And violå! "He deserves justice"!
NIce. Now that you have a green lantern movie to work with you can edit him in. Poor Wonder woman...they just can;t seem to get that going again. Why is it so hard for Hollywood to listen to the True fans and give us what we WANT...not some BS director/writer who comes up with his "vision" for the series/character.

I wish Warner Brothers would watch this video, and figure out what the Superman movie can be like. Superman needs a reboot in movies like Nolan did with Batman. Make it feel like it could be realistic, and show some real heart! Get rid of the canny old stuff from the 80's but stick with the original stories from the comics. If WB would treat the DC comics like Fox does with Marvel we might see some good movies come out. To the creators of this, Bravo! Fantastic job, and good luck.

@MrJgkeeling As much as I'm in love with Superman, but how realistic can a dude in red underpants be? I think "realistic" to the exent of the Batman movies would be the wrong approach for a character like Supes. Batman's costum can be sold as something practical and realistic, but never Superman's. I think the character was never to intended to be portrayed that way to begin with.

@aigoopiful True, what I meant is it be more emotionally driven as we saw with Nolan's movies. However as we saw with the death of Superman comics arc, with the Eradicator type Superman costume would be nice. All of it needs to be updated to today's audience. Have Clark work for the AP maybe, make Jimmy a TV cameraman, etc. But Superman definitely needs a remake to the modern world that's more relateable and "realistic" .

Bruce waking up after another day of fighting crime in Gotham, firmly grounded in the gritty reality of Nolan's universe, turning on the TV to start his day ... to find that has Superman died. It brutally thrusts us into a bigger, fantastic universe like a kick in the teeth, and establishes the best reason imaginable for the League to stand united.

@DoctorStrangeFate Norton did provide the motion capture for the Hulk so he could do the same for Doomsday. Plus the Smallville version was more realistic. Aalso I think he was Davis Bloome in the comics at one time.

@thesyfychannel15 you're young so I can't knock you for only having Smallville for your frame of reference, but Davis Bloome was created only for Smallville, it's not the true origin of Doomsday. Doomsday doesn't have an alter ego that he can transform into... he's just a monster. Smallville's version of him was terrible if you know the comic. Try to get your hands on the 1990's Death of Superman storyline if you can. Or wiki it, you'll see what I mean

Actually to be honest, Davis Bloome was a take on Doomsday origins. Simple orgranic matter looking for a host. Depending on the version. The Doomsday created by Bertron on Krypton was created by sending out a young kryptonian child into the wilds of krypton - waiting for him to be killed and then rebuilding him. The Zod version was just a tweak. Besides this is smallville. They handled is well considering the budget constraints.

@SUPERBOY6001 i stitched together a couple of sounds from some of Christian Bale's dialogue in Batman Begins. In the movie he said something like "My parents deserve justice" I then put an "S" sound at the end of "deserve" and found some random clip of him saying "He". And violå! "He deserves justice"!

NIce. Now that you have a green lantern movie to work with you can edit him in. Poor Wonder woman...they just can;t seem to get that going again. Why is it so hard for Hollywood to listen to the True fans and give us what we WANT...not some BS director/writer who comes up with his "vision" for the series/character.
