Well, for all that's "wrong" with these performances they're quite lovely. Playing only the Renaissance lute, I know nothing of the conventions of playing the Baroque lute, nor am I familiar with its literature. But I believe there really is no right or wrong approach to either instrument, just what works for the player. When it works well for the player, I think it will for the listener too. Thanks for posting ( I like the b&w video, and the sound doesn't sound too closely miced
