RahXephon... you could be about drunken robots fighting crime, and as long as you had this opening I'd still watch you. That said, I do enjoy the series. More so than Evangelion, to be sure.

you know I never thought about that (cause I saw the movie first) but you are right, a lot of stuff did come from the movie. The show had a better ending though (no spoilers). Awesome post, I love this theme.

Well the movie ending is good I think, but I like the anime ending better, because he ends up with the woman he truly loved, he himself, and he wasn't reencarnated. He ends up with his true love, in the movie he has to be reencarnated to be with his love.

yeah it is i would recommend you watch these 2 animes great shows just like this 1 the 1st is from they year 2000 but its great called blue gender and the second is heroic age two great shows

Actually it's from 2002, the anime aired in Japan in 2002, and then was later dubbed. The movie in japanese came out in 2004, and the english came out in 2005.

in the end he finds out his brother is behind everything thats wrong with the future so the fight and thats about it the creator died on ep 21 i think so the show was never truly finished the last 3 eps sucked cuz he his friend made me

lol theirs a bunch of series i find alike, Evangelion, Rahxephon, and godannar are like completely alike. Huminoid robots piloted by the people who are destind to, evil creatures that can only be killed by those pilots lol very funny aww well they are all good series
